Refund Policy

All sales are final. Each reading is a unique, intuitive process, and as such, no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and support! 💖✨

Video Call No-Show Policy

Life happens—I totally get it! However, if you book a live video call reading and don’t show up, your payment is non-refundable.

I’m happy to reschedule once if you provide at least 12 hours notice. If I don’t hear from you and you’re unable to make it, I’ll have to consider the session completed. I truly understand that things come up, but I also need to honor my time. I appreciate your understanding!
