By purchasing a reading, you agree to the following:

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a reading.

Entertainment Purposes Only

These readings are for entertainment, reflection, and outside perspective.

I am not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, life coach, magical wizard, or all-knowing swamp creature.

Nothing in a reading should replace professional advice, common sense, or your own decision-making.

No Guarantees

Tarot/intuitive readings are interpretive and subjective by nature.

No outcome, prediction, timeline, reconciliation, text message, job offer, miracle, ego death, or sudden “holy shit” moment is guaranteed.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, relationships, purchases, and life decisions.

Please do not make major legal, financial, medical, or relationship decisions based solely on a reading.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because readings are personalized digital services, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks will not be accepted.

This includes:

“It didn’t resonate”
“I changed my mind”
“I wanted a different answer”
“The energy changed”
“I expected a longer reading”
“Mercury was in the microwave”

You are purchasing the question/reading itself — not a guaranteed video length or word count.

Delivery

Once your reading has been delivered, the service is considered complete.

Respectful Behavior

Be cool.

Harassment, threats, sexually inappropriate behavior, or aggressive nonsense will result in immediate cancellation/termination of the session without refund.

Live Sessions (if applicable)

No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours notice.
Technical problems on your end may still count as a completed session.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing a reading, you agree that Banana Chips Tarot is not responsible for any decisions, outcomes, damages, losses, emotional spirals, situationships, or chaos that may occur after your reading.

Legal Stuff

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to these terms — or at minimum willingly clicked buttons without reading like the rest of humanity.
