By purchasing a reading, you agree to the following:

You're purchasing my interpretation and perspective - not certainty

These readings are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and outside perspective.

Tarot is used as a tool for insight, interpretation, and storytelling. Readings reflect my personal observations, impressions, and perspective based on the information provided and the cards pulled.

My approach to tarot is grounded and practical. I use the cards as a tool for reflection, perspective, and exploring patterns within a situation. I do not claim to be all-knowing, infallible, or capable of delivering absolute truth. I do not claim to predict the future, communicate with spirits, access hidden universal truths, or provide supernatural certainty. These readings are simply my interpretation of the cards and the situation presented.  

I am not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, life coach, magical wizard, or all-knowing swamp creature.

Nothing in a reading should replace professional advice, common sense, critical thinking, or your own decision-making.

No Guarantees

Readings are interpretive and subjective by nature.

No outcome, prediction, timeline, reconciliation, text message, job offer, miracle, ego death, spiritual awakening, or sudden "holy shit" moment is guaranteed.

People have free will. Life changes. Circumstances change.

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, relationships, purchases, and life decisions.

Please do not make major legal, financial, medical, or relationship decisions based solely on a reading.

Refund Policy

Because readings are personalized digital services, refunds are not available once a reading has been completed and delivered.

Refund requests based on the following will not be honored:

• "It didn't resonate."
• "I changed my mind."
• "I wanted a different answer."
• "The energy changed."
• "I expected a different outcome."
• "This didn't give me closure or heal all of my life traumas."

You are purchasing my interpretation, perspective, and reading of the situation - not a guaranteed outcome, prediction, video length, or word count.

Delivery

Once your reading has been delivered, the service is considered complete.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing a reading, you agree that Banana Chips Tarot is not responsible for any decisions, outcomes, damages, losses, emotional spirals, situationships, existential crises, or chaos that may occur after your reading.

Legal Stuff

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you've read and agreed to these terms - or at minimum willingly clicked buttons without reading like the rest of humanity.
